Whether that’s from a newly formed team, a team you’ve inherited or a team going through a period of transformational change.
I can work with you to develop an out-of-the box, bespoke, creative solution, that can bring the team together and create that sense of connectedness, in a format that works for your current and future situation.
Team Mentoring
In a business environment sometimes we need help with getting a team to play together, or play more effectively!
The mentoring programme is designed to help collectively facilitate a team discussion at an individual level.
Essentially these are individual coaching sessions. Usually an hour long, more structured conversations, (in person, Skype or Phone) that help individuals see their role within the team.
It helps them solve problems a team may face, overcome challenges and help create cohesion in the journey ahead of them.
(Usually for teams up to twenty people)
Team Build Facilitation
Every team is different and need different things at different times. Whether from an afternoon of ‘simple’ bonding, to more in-depth workshops on how to work better together.
My experience of working with Leadership teams in a number of organisation's has enabled me to quickly get an understanding of the background and journey a team has been on, to help facilitate a team conversation and intervention for the way forward.
This might be focused around team dynamics and ways of working together, creating a team vision, to a more in depth business planning strategy session.
I can help bring your team together, with creative out of the box ideas, to move team work to the next level. Session times, location and duration can be agreed based on your requirements and objectives.
